Henan STAR Hi-tech Co., Ltd .was established in 1988 and is now high tech enterprise with joint-stock system. It has six branches and two research institutes with the total capital about 600million in RMB and about 900 employees, among which research staff is about 25% and the annual research investment shall take 6% of the sales income. A provincial technical center is set up in the co***ny , taking on a lot of state and province items of the torch plan.
